Welcome to Duper Family Loft!
Training Today's Team for Tomorrow's Race
Like many of the pigeon fanciers in southern Louisiana and Mississippi, Duper Family Loft has had to overcome the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. Only seven of the nearly two hundred pigeons housed on the property survived the storm. Faced with the reality that all the hard work and dedication that was painstakingly put into building the team had washed away, the new task of reforming a bigger and better Duper Family Loft was undertaken.
Duper Family Loft has nearly tripled the housing square footage of the lofts, as well as doubling the size of the team. The ingenuity of the loft fanciers of Duper Family Loft have taken the mundane tasks that were to be performed on a daily basis and automated them thus bringing the loft into the 20th century. The future of Duper Family Loft is promising and is speculated to be a force to be reckoned with.
